1. Booking Confirmation & Deposit
   A non-refundable booking fee of €500 per person is required to secure your spot on this trip. This deposit confirms your reservation.
2. Group Size
   This trip is limited to a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 20 participants. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, 100% of the booking fee will be fully refunded.
4. Payment Schedule
   The full balance payment must be completed 3 months (90 days) before the trip start date. Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of the booking and loss of the deposit.
5. Non-Refundable Policy
   The booking fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
6. Cancellation Policy
   • Cancellations made 60 days or more before departure: Loss of deposit.
   • Cancellations within 50 days of departure: 75% – 100% cancellation charges may apply.
   • No-shows will be charged 100% of the trip cost.
7. Transfer of your Booking
   Bookings may be transferred to another person with prior notice and approval.
8. Company Rights & Itinerary Changes
   TAVO Adventures reserves the right to amend itineraries, accommodation, transport, or activities due to weather, safety or availability. Changes requested by clients may incur an amendment fee (up to 10% of the trip cost).
9. Travel Documents & Entry Requirements
   Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all entry requirements, including:
   • Passport validity of at least 6 months beyond the return date
   • At least two consecutive blank passport pages
   • Valid tourist visa
10. Vaccinations & Health Requirements
    • Yellow Fever vaccination certificates may be required.
    • Participants are responsible for consulting their doctor regarding recommended vaccinations and health precautions.
11. Travel Insurance
    All participants are required to have travel insurance covering:
    • Medical expenses
    • Emergency evacuation
    • Trip cancellation/interruption
    • Loss of personal belongings
12. Health & Fitness Declaration
    Participants must be in good physical and mental health to participate and must disclose any relevant medical conditions before travel.
13. Liability Disclaimer
    TAVO Adventures shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
    • Flight delays
    • Border closures
    • Natural disasters
    • Political unrest
    • Force majeure events
14. Responsibility & Conduct
    Participants are expected to behave responsibly and respect local laws, customs, guides, staff, and fellow travellers. Serious misconduct may result in removal from the trip without refund.
