Lake Manyara’s compact size and diverse ecosystem provide varied sightings in a lush forest setting, while Tarangire’s open savannah offers easy wildlife spotting and some of Tanzania’s largest elephant herds.

Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Moshi - Lake Manyara
07:00 Leaving from Moshi and driving to Lake Manyara National park. On your way you can enjoy the nature and beauty of Northern Tanzania, see coffee plantation, Maasai land and local villages. On clear weather, there is possibility to see Mt. Meru in Arusha.
11:00 Starting the game drive at Lake Manyara National Park. Here you have a possibility to see hippos, several varieties of birds, wildebeests, baboons, monkeys, elephants and many more. Lake Manyara is mostly forest, so the area is evergreen throughout the year. This park is also the only place where the lions climb to the trees. If you are lucky, you may see this.
14:00 Eating picnic lunch in the park (eating time can be flexible according to your wish). Then continuing with game drive until driver/guide decides to get out of the park, usually between 16:00 to 17:00.
17:00, Arriving at your accommodation place, (Camping, Lodge or Hotel) with full board service.
19:30 Having dinner with guide/driver and plan for the next day trip to Tarangire National park.
Day 2: Lake Manyara - Tarangire National Park
07:00 Breakfast, then driving to Tarangire National Park.
08:30 Starting game drive. Possibility to see elephants, zebras, giraffes and baboons. Also, big baobab trees and several varieties of birds for bird lovers. Tarangire is mostly open savannah, animals are easy to spot.
12:00 Eating picnic lunch at the park (Eating time can be flexible according to your wish).
14:00 Ending the program and driving back to Moshi. You will have a chance to stop at some curio shops on your way to safari or back.

Safari includes:
- 4X4 safari car with roof that can be opened during the game drive
- Transportation from your accommodation place and back
